Konami Gaming announced that titles in its top-performing Concerto slot platform will be a highlight of its exhibit at the 2016 National Indian Gaming Association (NIGA) Tradeshow & Convention in Phoenix March 15-16.
An estimated 6,000 tribal leaders and casino executives will have firsthand access to new Concerto games, the world’s first Frogger themed video slots, the latest Rapid Revolver titles, and leading new Synkros systems technology at Konami Booth 1134.
“Since last year’s Concerto launch, the machine and its debut game themes have seen incredible reception from slot players and the properties they frequent,” said Matt Reback, vice president of marketing at Konami. “The visual interest and creative richness provided by the original new KP3+ themes have brought unrelenting performance successes which we’re thrilled to be able to share with casino organizations across Indian Country.”
Each Concerto KP3+ game has custom-designed digital elements that visually interact, from the dual 27-inch high-definition touch-screen monitors to the 19.5-inch video topper, and down through the proprietary new DynamicDash button panel.
Among the new base game themes to be shown are a standard five-reel game called Freya’s Magic, an Xtra Reward theme titled Lamp of Destiny with a pick ‘em-style super free games bonus, and an entirely new Ultra Reels 972 Ways series debut theme called Burning Wolf. In addition, two new stand-alone progressives are set for exclusive release on the Concerto cabinet this spring—Wheel of the Imperial Eggs and Jackpot Ball.
“In terms of art design, bonus mechanics, animation effects, and core mathematics, our games R&D has worked to deliver creativity and ingenuity in every detail, and this quality is directly manifest in Concerto’s performance,” said Reback.
Another highlight of this year’s NIGA show are the world’s first Frogger-themed video slots, bringing a new slot-style aspect to the iconic arcade classic. Featured on Konami’s tall-top Podium Monument cabinet, two debut Frogger slot themes will be shown, complete with the classic road and river crossing course in retro-pixelated glory. “We’re very excited to be able to share Frogger with visitors at this year’s NIGA show just as the game approaches market release this spring,” said Reback. “Frogger has remained one of the world’s most singularly recognizable video games for more than 30 years, and now players will have the chance to experience their favorite Frogger features with a real-money casino spin.”
Konami’s Synkros casino management system brings a number of important new updates and tools to NIGA 2016. Guests will have the opportunity to test and explore a variety of Synkros technology through Konami’s comprehensive systems demo environment, including SYNKiosk, multi-game True Time Tournaments, various casino mobile applications, and more.
