The family of a woman who collapsed and died while playing slots at Wynn Las Vegas is suing Wynn Resorts for negligence. The lawsuit claims Wynn employees failed to “reasonably assess” that the 74-year-old woman required emergency medical attention after she collapsed during last year’s Super Bowl viewing party at the resort, although employees did call 911 after she collapsed.    •    BetMGM and the National Hockey League (NHL) announced a multi-year North American partnership extension. Under the terms of the agreement, the sports betting and iGaming operator retains its status as an Official Sports Betting and Gaming Partner of the league. BetMGM will receive branding within nationally televised broadcasts in the U.S. BetMGM will also create specialized VIP fan experiences, utilize NHL imagery to design team and league-branded casino games, and be featured during nationally televised broadcasts.
