Monique Sebastian has been hired as executive director of entertainment at Seneca Gaming Corporation in Niagara Falls, New York. Sebastian brings more than 20 years of entertainment leadership experience in the gaming industry to her new position, where she will oversee live artist bookings and performances in the Seneca Niagara Event Center and the Bear’s Den Showroom at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, plus the Seneca Allegany Event Center at Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino.
She also will book outdoor performances at both resorts and will schedule new experiences and events at the properties.
Sebastian worked at the entertainment department at Foxwoods Casino Resort in Ledyard, Connecticut for more than 20 years, serving in several leadership roles leading to vice president of entertainment and entertainment marketing. She supervised all aspects of entertainment operations, including artist bookings, marketing strategies, calendar management and ticket operations for high-profile acts including Kevin Hart, John Legend, Alicia Keys, Jerry Seinfeld and many others. Sebastian also produced numerous memorable music festivals.

Sebastian is a member of the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation and is a graduate of Mercy University in Dobbs Ferry, New York.
