South Carolina Legislator Sponsors Expanded Gambling Bill

South Carolina could offer sports betting and other forms of gambling if the legislature passes state Rep. Todd Rutherford’s (l.) expanded gambling bill, and voters approve it in a referendum. The bill has bipartisan support.
