Wind Creek Acquires FlowPlay

Wind Creek Hospitality has acquired FlowPlay Inc. operator of online and free-to-play games. The deal will enable Wind Creek to increase synergies between online and on-site gaming and generate new revenues.

Wind Creek Acquires FlowPlay

Alabama-based PCI Gaming Authority, an arm of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians, has acquired Seattle-based FlowPlay Inc. through its subsidiary Wind Creek Hospitality (WCH).

The acquisition will allow WCH to create new synergies between online and on-property gaming, generate recurring revenues and expand its business and customer base.

FlowPlay operates online and mobile free-to-play games such as Vegas World, Casino World, 7 Seas Casino and Live Game Night Poker, through the Zoom App Marketplace.

Poarch Creek Tribal Chairwoman and CEO Stephanie A. Bryan said the deal “allows us to build opportunities and economic development in new ways, and this provides for our continued growth. We look forward to expanding into this exciting digital space.”
